These terms govern your use of Warp Cycling (“the app”), built and operated by an individual developer (“we”, “us”). By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.
You must be 18 or older to use this app. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the app or provided us data, email tsferro2@gmail.com and we’ll remove it.
Warp Cycling is a fitness and entertainment product, not a medical device. It doesn’t diagnose, treat, or monitor any medical condition. Heart rate, calorie, and training-load figures are estimates for informational purposes only. Talk to your doctor before starting any exercise program, and stop riding immediately if something feels wrong. The full disclaimer you accept before your first ride is part of these terms.
You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Don’t let anyone else ride under your login — a different rider has different health considerations and hasn’t personally agreed to these terms or the pre-ride disclaimer.
Pro is a recurring subscription that renews automatically until canceled. On iOS, it’s billed and managed entirely through your Apple ID (App Store subscription settings). On the web, it’s billed through Stripe and can be managed from Settings → Billing. Canceling stops future renewals; it doesn’t refund the current period unless required by law or by Apple’s own refund policy.
New subscribers may get a 7-day free trial. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription converts to paid and renews at the price shown.
Don’t reverse-engineer, resell, or use the app to build a competing product. Don’t attempt to bypass Pro gating, subscription checks, or rate limits.
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any injury from exercise — see the assumption-of-risk language in the pre-ride disclaimer, which applies in full here. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, if any.
We may update these terms or the app itself as features change. Material changes to the pre-ride disclaimer require you to re-accept before your next ride.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
